1. WHERE WILL PEREZ FINISH IN THE 2023 MEXICO CITY GRAND PRIX?

YOUR PREDICTION: 4th OR 5th

2. WHERE WILL SAINZ QUALIFY?

YOUR PREDICTION: 4th

CORRECT ANSWER: 2nd

Carlos Sainz finally ended his pattern of qualifying one position better than where he had qualified on his previous visit to Mexico in qualifying for the 2023 Mexico City Grand Prix. He would’ve qualified fourth had the pattern continued. Instead, he went two better than that and qualified alongside his team-mate on the front row.

3. WILL THERE BE ANOTHER NEW MEXICO POLESITTER?

YOUR PREDICTION: NO

CORRECT ANSWER: NO

Charles Leclerc became the first repeat polesitter at the Mexico City Grand Prix in the last 12 races at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. He is only the fourth driver – after Jim Clark, Ayrton Senna and Nigel Mansell – to have taken multiple pole positions in Mexico.

4. WILL NORRIS FINISH ON THE PODIUM?

YOUR PREDICTION: YES

CORRECT ANSWER: NO

The 2023 Mexico City Grand Prix was a rollercoaster ride for Lando Norris. After starting 17th Norris fought his way through the order twice to finish fifth by overtaking both Daniel Ricciardo and George Russell in the closing stages.

5. WILL ALPHATAURI SCORE ANY POINTS?

YOUR PREDICTION: NO

CORRECT ANSWER: YES

AlphaTauri enjoyed their best race weekend of the 2023 season so far, moving them up two positions in the Constructors’ Championship. After qualifying fourth, Daniel Ricciardo finished seventh, recording the team’s best result of the year. Yuki Tsunoda also ran inside the points for most of the race but finished only 12th after contact with Oscar Piastri.
