23 – Max Verstappen
Max Verstappen is rising up the list of most circuits at which a driver has won and will soon be overtaking Michael Schumacher for an outright second place on this list, if his winning ways continue.
Since his first win in the 2016 Spanish Grand Prix at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Verstappen has added victories at a further 22 circuits, tying with Michael Schumacher for second on the all-time list of most circuits at which a driver has won.
The Red Bull Ring and Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez are the tracks at which Verstappen has won most frequently, with four wins in both Austria and Mexico.
Having taken his first Bahrain Grand Prix victory at the season-opening event in 2023 and his first Australian Grand Prix at the third round of the year, there are three more circuits on the 2023 calendar at which Verstappen has not yet won.
The three circuits at which Verstappen has not yet won include the new Las Vegas Street Circuit, where Formula 1 will race for the first time in November. Verstappen has opportunities to add to the number of circuits at which he has won at the Singapore Grand Prix and the Qatar Grand Prix.

21 – Sebastian Vettel
Sebastian Vettel never quite held the record for most venues at which a driver has won, falling two short of compatriot Michael Schumacher and one shy of Alain Prost. Vettel claimed victory at 21 tracks between 2008 and 2015 – his victories after 2015 were all at circuits where he had won before.
The Marina Bay Circuit in Singapore was Vettel’s most successful track. He won the Singapore Grand Prix five times throughout his career. Fittingly, his final career victory was taken on the streets of Singapore in 2019.
