Having also taken a 1-2 finish last time out, this is the first time since the 2009 British and German Grands Prix that Red Bull have recorded 1-2 finishes at consecutive races.

Charles Leclerc took a grid penalty due to taking new power unit elements after suffering a failure in the Bahrain Grand Prix. Both he and team-mate Carlos Sainz reached the chequered flag at the 2023 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
